1. Our role

importfromindianow.com is a connection facilitator between buyers and sellers. We verify members and introduce them. We are responsible only up to the point of connection.

2. After connection

Once a buyer and seller are connected, all dealings — pricing, payment, quality, quantity, shipping, customs, and any dispute or loss — are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and seller. The platform holds no liability for any loss after connection.

3. Digital agreement

Both buyer and seller accept this agreement digitally at registration. Registration is not valid without acceptance.

4. Fees

Registration is $1.00 for each party. The first inquiry is free with registration; subsequent inquiries/connections are charged at $1.00. Where an application is not accepted, the registration payment can be refunded.

5. Genuine information

Members confirm that their identity, documents and inquiries are true and genuine. Fake inquiries or forged documents lead to removal without refund.

6. No spam

We do not make spam calls or send spam emails, and we do not sell member data.
